The staff were friendly and one particular staff member spoke good English which was helpful. the room was tidy and clean, making our stay comfortable. They also arranged a taxi for our group of five, meaning we didn't have to split up.
The hotel is a bit worn down and the onsen wasn't as clean as we would have liked, especially the changing area. It was also a bit inconvenient that it wasn't within walking distance of popular sights.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were kind and friendly, and one of them even spoke good English. They were very helpful and ordered a cab for us when we needed one. The room was clean and comfortable, providing us with enhanced comfort and a relaxing stay. The onsen was a highlight, offering a very relaxing experience. We also appreciated the staff's assistance in finding local attractions and things to see. we highly recommend this place for its excellent service and comfortable amenities.

We had a lovely stay at a traditional hotel with friendly staff who were helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed the comfortable room, relaxing onsen, and the assistance provided by the staff in finding local attractions. the food was average but the location was great, with easy access to nearby sights and activities, and the room was kept clean and tidy.
The hotel was a bit outdated and could use some sprucing up.
